This service includes comprehensive, end to end event planning. From the moment you have an idea for your event until the day it happens, we are with you every step of the way. Our full-service package includes the following elements:
Concept Development – We will work with you to form the concept for your next event. This can include overall theme, event colors, venue space, and other important details.
Coordination – We will coordinate all aspects of your event. This includes creating a detailed timeline of tasks that need to be completed, managing your budget, consultation on your guest list, booking a venue, and any other coordination needs.
Access – What distinguishes us from other event planning companies is the access that our clients have to us. You may reach out to us any time with questions or concerns during the event planning process.
Onsite Coordination – We will be with you on the day of your event to ensure that the details meet your standards. Our onsite coordination service enables you to enjoy the event rather than worrying about logistical details.
Partial Planning Service
This service is good for those who need consultation or assistance with certain aspects of their event. If you only need help with particular tasks such as selecting a venue or coordinating food services, we are happy to help in the capacity in which you need us.
Day of Event Coordination
Even when you are confident you have planned your event with all the necessary details, our onsite coordination service allows you to enjoy your event while we take care of your “day of” logistics. We ensure that everything and everyone is in place, coordinate with vendors, monitor setup and cleanup, and take care of any other needs you may have on the day of the event.
